How we got here
We started because construction managers and event planners in Palm Coast kept calling the same three companies and getting routed to voice mail. A contractor on a build near Beverly Beach, 11.2 miles east, needed a standard portable toilet by noon. Nobody picked up. That's when we realized the market had room for a local operator who answers the phone and shows up when promised.
Our first year we rented 40 units a month, mostly standard portable toilets to residential renovations. We added septic pumping because homeowners asked if we could handle that too. Then came roll-off dumpsters for construction debris, storage containers for tool and material staging, and restroom trailers for bigger events. Today we maintain a fleet of over 250 units and service jobs from Flagler Beach, 12.0 miles southeast, to Bunnell, 13.5 miles southwest.
We operate on two principles. First, the right equipment for the job. You don't need a deluxe flushable unit for a four-hour framing job, and a standard porta john won't cut it at a wedding. We'll ask about your timeline, crew size and site conditions, then quote what actually fits. Second, one person owns every interaction. Your delivery driver isn't a contractor passing through, they're accountable for how we show up.
What we rent
Standard portable toilets hold 60 to 70 gallons and sit about 44 by 48 inches on the ground, making them easy to place on most job sites. We stock deluxe flushable units with running water and electric hand soap for customers who want something closer to an indoor restroom. Our ADA accessible portable toilets meet ADA Standards section 213.2, and we cluster them so at least one is reachable by anyone with a mobility device.
For sites with paint application, herbicide work or other contaminant exposure, we rent handwashing stations that meet OSHA 1926.51(f)(1) requirements with soap dispensers and hand drying. The standard setup includes 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2) compliant fixtures, soap and towels, not just sanitizer.
We deliver dumpsters from 10 to 40 yards for demolition, renovation and general debris. Temporary fencing protects work areas and pedestrian routes. Septic tank pumping covers residential tanks typically pumped every 3 to 5 years, commercial grease interceptors, and emergency callouts. Restroom trailers bring climate-controlled multi-stall facilities to events, festivals and larger construction projects.

How we serve Palm Coast
A roll-off delivery needs about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck, so we scout every site before we book it. If your driveway won't work, we tell you straight. We schedule service calls around your timeline, weekday maintenance for offices, evening pickups for weekend events, and same-day emergency septic work when a tank backs up.
All equipment is inspected and serviced between rentals. We don't send anything out dirty. Portable toilets are pumped and restocked on a weekly schedule under ANSI/PSAI Z4.3, the portable sanitation service standard. Delivery fees run from $50 to $150 per week depending on distance and complexity. Check current pricing to lock in your rate.
Why choose a local company instead of a national chain?
Local means the person who answers your call is the person who shows up. You're not a ticket number. We keep equipment staged in Palm Coast so delivery is faster and cheaper than trucks rolling in from Crescent Beach or Ormond Beach. We know the soil, the weather patterns, the city inspectors and the sites where nothing ever fits quite right. We've learned what works here.
Do you handle emergency rentals?
Yes. Call with your situation and we'll get a unit to you the same day if we have stock. Emergency septic service is available nights and weekends. Most of the time we can meet you.
What happens if equipment breaks during my rental?
We swap it same day at no charge. If a toilet clogs or a dumpster lid sticks, call us. We carry parts and spares, and we don't charge trip fees for service issues that are our fault.
Can I rent just one unit or do you have minimum job requirements?
One unit is fine. We rent to single-day events, small residential jobs and multi-month construction projects the same way, same service standard, no hidden setup fees, no attitude about size.
How do I book, and what information do you need?
Call or email with your location, the date you need equipment, how long you'll keep it, and what you're using it for. We'll ask about site access and any special needs. Then we quote, confirm delivery and show up. Most bookings close in 48 hours.
